Run of the House Bungalows (847 sq. ft.) - $335 per night + $10 resort fee

  • Wed., Jan. 10th – 25 Bungalows

Groups rate may be offered (3) days before and (3) days after the event, subject to room & pricing availability at the time of reservation. Therefore, make your reservation as soon as possible.

In addition to the Group Rates, are the following charges:

  • Porterage Charge - $12 per person, round trip (at Guest’s discretion). The way the resort is laid out, the resort likes to take each guest in a golf cart to their accommodations to give them the lay of the land. It’s normally an automatic charge, however, they are offering the golf cart ride at your discretion – if you take the ride you pay the charge.​
  • Room Attendant Gratuities - $4 per day per Bungalow room; $5 per day per Villa room (at Guest’s discretion; these gratuities are normally an automatic charge).
  • Requested Room Delivery Charge - $4 for each non-personalized delivery inside the room; $5 for personalized delivery inside the room. The hotel does NOT offer deliveries under the door or upon arrival at the front desk.

Overnight parking charge of $10 per night, per vehicle will be applied to individual’s Bungalow Accommodations.


All Guest Charges Paid by Guest

Your attendees will pay their own account upon departure The Group assumes full and sole responsibility for informing all attendees of the room rate, applicable taxes, CTA, Resort Fee and other charges and that all such charges are separate and distinct from the room rate and from taxes and CTA. When reservations are made, the Resort requires a deposit (room and tax) equal to the full length of stay and this amount will be charged to the credit card at the time the reservation is made. An individual’s deposit is refundable infull to that individual if the Resort receives notice of an individual’s cancellation on or before the Reservation Due Date; however, such notice of cancellation will not change the Group’s total liability pursuant to either the attrition or cancellation clause herein. Any reservation cancelled after the Reservation Due Date is non-refundable. The Resort requires each attendee’s home/business address and e-mail address. Should any attendee not settle his or her account in full upon departure, the Group will be responsible for those charges and those charges will be applied to your Master Account. Individual guests (i.e., paying their own room and tax) may not transfer or change the name on the reservation for any reason.
